Located in regional Victoria Yandoit House was designed to provide 360 degree views to a landscape that is being regenerated by the clients after a history of agricultural damage.

Apart from a concrete slab on ground the complete structure was manufactured by Candour including Glazed Structural Timber  Façade, internal walls and roof panels, which were clear coated and insulated prior to delivery onsite.

With a high level factory finish the Candour Building Components were packed onto a truck and delivered to site. Erected quickly this project exemplifies the advantages of prefabrication in regional locations.
